Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Health Care recruitment process
- Knowledge of Pre-hire / Pre-Employment activities (background check, education verification, employee health screening)
- Prior PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and/or Service Now applications experience desired
- Customer Service, Team Work, Relationship Building, Detail-Oriented and Self-Directed skills highly desired
